Falling Leaves & Warm Hearts
Fall has started here on our small island in the sea. The leaves have started to fall, the air is crisp and has begun to nip at our cheeks, the pumpkin patch has started to overflow, the apple tree is ready to be picked and we've dug out all of our sweaters.
Fall is my favorite time of year. It's the one time of year I really feel alive. We've taken some photo's of our small island to remember our first fall together.
